Causes of hypochromia include
  • Congenital
  • Horner's syndrome
  • Fuch's heterochomic iridocyclitis

Causes of hyperchromia include:
  • Nevus of Ota
  • Siderosis
  • Iris nevus or melanoma
  • Unilateral prostaglandin use
  • Sturge Weber syndrome
