Conclusions. The Focus NIGHT & DAY contact lens can improve subjective dry eye symptoms and visual acuity in patients with refractory dry eye disease secondary to GVHD.
However, objective tests such as TBUT, Schirmers, and Fluorescein staining were not mproved.
