For clarification the only schedule III drug used for analgesia by Arizona optometrists is the following: Hydrocodone / Codeine, when compounded with an NSAID(e.g. Vicoprofen, when compounded with Ibuprofen) or with paracetamol (e.g. Vicodin / Tylenol 3).
